So, what Excel solution would you develop for this chart request?

Help with Science Fair Graphs/Charts
Hoping someone can help an overwhelmed mom help her child create graphs for Science Fair – yes, it should be taught in school….
I can do basic charts, but I have 2 test subjects that did 3 trials of 3 sports using a video game substitute and then the real sport. The data we have includes the number of steps taken and the before and after pulse rates. I have absolutely NO CLUE how to do a chart to compare the data. My data is below but it did not copy exactly as it is in the data table.
What I came up with so far is 3 separate column charts showing the increase in pulse rates for each sport, but it would be nice if I could get the data into a single graph with all 3 sports on one. I am totally lost, in over my head.
Many thanks if anyone steps up to help.
